Besties Estate Sales LLC is an Estate Sale company specializing in estate, moving, downsizing sales and community flea markets in the Portland metro area. Here at Besties our goal is to bring more energy, flair and creativity into the Estate and resale marketplace. We use our expertise in branding and marketing with a collective 40 years in sales, advertising and retail management to elevate the Estate Sale experience.
Our team is well suited to manage and execute the highest level of organized, and stylized sales and services to our clients and customers - both online and in person!
Besties offers cashless traveling payment options for cards and other digital payments, with multiple points of sale we offer faster check out and no long lines.
Our online marketplace is refreshed for every sale, posting all shippable items online for shoppers around the country to shop your desired items, days ahead of the physical sale.
Any large items that cannot be reasonably shipped will also be available to be purchased online for in person pick up the day before the in person sale.

Reusing, reducing, recycling and repurposing are at the heart of our business. Items that do not sell will never end up in the trash.
All items that can be donated will be given directly to those in need and shelter programs in our local area.
Besties has partnered with other local small businesses to keep large furniture and other undonatable items out of our landfills.

Liquidating your estate, downsizing or moving can all be overwhelming processes. Besties is here to help! We start with a free consultation, allowing us to meet and get to know each other. We will meet with you at the estate and do an initial walk-through of the space and items that you wish to sell. Not every sale is right for us, and we aren’t right for every sale.
If we are a good fit, we get started RIGHT away - posting shippable items online and creating your stylized advertisements.
We offer flat rates for our prep/pre-sale services* (see terms for details)
Estate Sales prep/pre-sale fee: $2,000
Managing Estate Sale Live/Online: 20-30% of sales (dependent on size of sale)
On average, the whole process takes two weeks from consultation to end of sale.
THINGS WE DO NOT AND CANNOT SELL:
GUNS / CARS / WEAPONS / ALCOHOL (sorry, no exceptions)

Our community flea markets allow for our PDX neighbors to come together to buy / sell / trade items they no longer wish to own. Hosted locally and open to the public.
Upcoming Besties community flea markets will be announced on our company Instagram and updated on our website calendar when available.
